My employer offers Cyclescheme but not Bike Rental?

You can check whether your employer offers the scheme by logging into the Cyclescheme site using your employer's name or employer code and then heading to our Bike Rental

If you are interested in applying for a city bike hire membership via Cyclescheme, your employer can activate Bike Rental from their Cyclescheme dashboard.

If the page allows you to apply then your employer is signed up to offer the scheme, if it does not let you apply then read on.

Encouraging your employer to offer Bike Rental

There are a few reasons why your employer may not presently offer the Cyclescheme Bike Rental scheme.

However, the good news is that as it's free for employers to offer Bike Rental there should be few barriers in the way of you being able to apply.

Steps to getting your employer to enrol

  1. Contact your manager or HR/Benefits team and explain you'd like to use Cyclescheme Bike Rental
  2. Let them know it's free and that it works just like the conventional cycle to work scheme; all they need to do is log in to their Cyclescheme account and activate Bike Rental.
  3. Await confirmation from your employer that they've enrolled - head over to the Bike Rental and apply

You can search to see if your workplace is signed up using the search box on Cyclescheme's homepage.

If your employer is not registered with Cyclescheme you can invite them to join.
