How do I access my Certificate?
The Cyclescheme Certificate and Redemption Code allow you to either collect your bike in-store or order it online.
You're able to access your Certificate and Redemption Code once your request has been approved and funding has been agreed by your employer.
You will be granted access to your Certificate one of two ways:
- Directly from an email; or
- Via our Sign and Collect (SaC) process
1. Where your Certificate is available directly via an email, at the appropriate time you'll receive an email from Cyclescheme which will look like this:
Simply, click the pink button and your Certificate will display for you.
2. If you are eligible to use our SaC process, at the appropriate time you'll receive an email from Cyclescheme which will look like this:
Simply, click the green button and you'll be able to authenticate and start your SaC process (which will ultimately allow you access to your Certificate and Redemption Code).
If you've already completed the SaC process, by following the link and authenticating you'll be taken to your Certificate and Redemption Code.
