Employer: I’ve paid the invoice, what next?

Once your payment has cleared our bank (please note BACS payments take 3 working days to clear) it takes us up one business day (i.e. excluding weekends) to process payment and release the certificate to your employee. 

To speed up the allocation of your payment please include the invoice number in the payment reference and send us a remittance to remits.bath@bhnetwork.com showing which invoice(s) are being paid and if any credit notes are being deducted.
