Employer: How does the 'Sign and Collect' process work?
‘Sign and Collect’ is our new and improved redemption process for employees. It involves a 2-factor authentication (email and SMS) process to confirm identity. This allows employees to sign a Hire Agreement with the items they are obtaining via the scheme, as the Hire Agreement is completed upon confirmation of their order through their chosen store.
As part of this new process we are able to provide their Certificate in a new, highly secure manner.
