Employer: Adding Extras to your email safe list

Cyclescheme employee accounts (used to access MyCyclescheme) are delivered as part of our Extras platform.

This means that you will need to ensure  noreply@workplaceextras.com is added to your workplace's 'safe senders' list (conventionally known as a 'white list'). 

This will ensure transactional emails regarding Cyclescheme, Home & Tech and Extras can be received by colleagues.

Transactional emails are 1-2-1 emails that relate to transactions or account processes.

A common example is in eCommerce, after purchasing an item you receive an email receipt that has information about the item, price, and delivery. Transactional email is specific and is sent to individuals rather than a large list of recipients; it is not marketing email.
