Can I redeem my Certificate for special offer/sale items?

Cyclescheme Partner retailers will have bicycle and equipment special offers and sale items available from time to time. In most instances, retailers will allow you to redeem your Certificate for any item at the advertised price.

However, due to the current climate in the bicycle marketplace, there will be some instances where the retailer may find it financially challenging to redeem a Cyclescheme Certificate for a heavily discounted item. Where this is the case, the retailer may be unable to include that item, but they should make this clear to you as early in the process as possible.

Our best advice is to let the retailer know that you will be using a Cyclescheme Certificate as your payment method and they will advise you on product availability and best value.
