My certificate status is 'Approved', when will I get my Certificate?

If your certificate status is Approved, this means your employer has reviewed your request and is now arranging payment. Some employers need to complete some internal steps before funds can be released, such as obtaining approval from multiple teams, processing payments through Payroll or Finance, or including them in a scheduled payment run. As each employer has its own processes and timescales, this can take up to 30 days.

If your employer has confirmed that payment has already been made, please allow 1 working day for Same-day payments or 34 working days for BACS payments to clear.
