Who is responsible for maintenance of the bike?
Although for the majority of the time you may not technically own the bike, it is for all intents and purposes yours to use and very much in your care, as a result, it is your responsibility to maintain the bike.
The good news is that Cyclescheme Retailers will be able to offer specific advice about maintenance and servicing of bikes and depending if you shop locally you will get a free first service (usually 6 weeks after collecting the bike).
In addition, Cyclescheme has lots of content to support you with your bike maintenance:
- How to stop breaks from squeaking
- How to maintain an ebike
- How to replace brake pads
- How to make your bike run silently
- How to clean your bike
- How to check your steering
- How to fix a puncture
