When can I get another Certificate?

If you have already had a bike and/or accessories package through the scheme, you can join again as long as:

• Your original Hire Period has been completed (usually 12 months)
• You have no outstanding ownership obligations (you've picked and paid for an ownership option)
• Your employer's scheme is open (most schemes are 'always-on' but not all)

You can usually check to see if your employer's scheme is open by logging in to Cyclescheme's site (you can either do this by searching for your employer or by logging in with your employer code) or by chatting to your manager or HR team.
