How do I redeem my Bike Rental code?
TfL Santander Cycles:
Your employer will review your request. All being well they will approve it and organise funding (payment). Once this has occurred (which will usually take between 1 and 14 days) Cyclescheme will email you a redemption code. The redemption code will be an alphanumeric code.
You enter the redemption code in the 'Promo' section of the Santander Cycles online registration form:

To use your Brompton code, please download the apps from Google Play or Apple :

Simply download the app, register, reserve, and ride.
Buzzbike:

Next enter the redemption code in the “Promo” section of the Buzzbike To Work registration form where you will need to create an account.
As part of creating your account you will be asked to select the delivery address and date you would like your Buzzbike delivered. You will also need to provide a credit or debit card that will be used to collect payment for delivery and any kit you may wish to add to your order.
Once registered your Buzzbike and lock will be delivered within 48 hours or on a date that suits you. From this point on you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of a Buzzbike membership, details of which will be sent to you in your user manual that will be shared by email as part of your onboarding.
Beryl:
You can select Beryl on the Cyclescheme platform, requesting a certificate to cover the value of the year - long hire. Your employer will review your request and all being well they will approve it and organise funding (payment). Once this has occurred, Cyclescheme will send you out an invite. Beryl will then create your account and reach out to you directly with further instruction on how to access your account, including some of the points below:
- First download the Beryl app and follow the instructions to set up your account.
- You must register with the same email address you used with Cyclescheme.
- Add a payment card to your account - this is just in case fees are incurred during riding like a parking out of bay.
- Get cycling!
Swapfiets
1. Head to Swapfiets to create your account
2. Enter the code below in the 'Promo' section
3. Your Swapfiets will be delivered within 48 hours or on the date selected
As part of creating your account you will be asked to select the delivery address and date you would like your Swapfiets delivered. You will also need to provide a credit or debit card that will be used to collect payment for delivery.
Once registered your Swapfiets will be delivered on the date that suits you. From this point on you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of a Swapfiets membership.
