How do you change your chosen store?
The good news is that you can change your chosen retailer yourself, via the Sign and Collect process. You can do so at any point before having redeemed your Certificate. To change your store, simply click on your Sign and Collect process link and the 'Change Store' button, by doing this your process will reset and your Certificate details updated once complete.
If you choose an Online store, the process varies slightly and that's because during the Sign and Collect process you sign your Hire Agreement. Once this has been signed you will need to contact our dedicated Contact Centre on 0344 879 5101
A member of the team will be able to reset your Sign and Collect process, meaning the system will revert your chosen store to 'Any Cyclescheme store' and resend the Sign and Collect process email. By restarting the Sign and Collect process you get to confirm your new store online.
