What happens at the end of the salary sacrifice period on the Isle of Man scheme?

Once you have made all salary sacrifice payments to your employer the equipment will be yours and there is no further charge. Remember that you will not be eligible to participate again until three consecutive tax years have passed since you joined the scheme.
