What is a Cyclescheme Redemption Code?

A Redemption Code is a unique alphanumeric code that is shared with you via your Certificate/eCertificate once your paperwork has been completed and your cycling equipment's funding has been settled by your employer. 

Having your Redemption Code and your Certificate number (which is also included on your Certificate/ eCertificate) will enable you to collect your bike and/or accessories. 

If you're collecting your equipment in-store you'll need to have some ID, your Redemption Code and your Certificate Number to hand. If your shopping online, you'll just need your Redemption Code and Certificate Number to make your order.
