What is a cycle to work Hire Agreement?

The Hire Agreement is the legal agreement that exists between you (the employee) and the owner of the bike; which in most cases is Cyclescheme.

It covers both parties responsibilities and details things like the value and frequency of the required salary sacrifice payments, employees' cancellation rights and all the other important terms and conditions which govern the scheme. 

You must sign a Hire Agreement in order to participate in the cycle to work scheme.

Once a Hire Agreement has been signed, a copy of it will be emailed to you. 

Signed Hire Agreements can also be found within your MyCyclescheme account.

At the end of the Hire Agreement, you will have ownership options.
