Below are some FAQs on the topic of getting your cycle to work package delivered as part of the cycle to work scheme.

Can I include the cost of delivery in my Cyclescheme certificate request?

Yes, you can. 

Helping hand 

For example, Canyon request you add the following cost of delivery to your basket:

Bike £599.99

Bike Guard £18.99

Shipping of Bicycles £37.99

Total £656.97

In this example, you would apply for a certificate value of £656.97.

Where can I find the cost of the postage?

The postage is normally shown when you build your basket at the retailer. Many retailers also host delivery or postage pages, often found in their websites footers.

How do I record my postage fees during the application process?

Please add the cost under the ‘accessories’ heading during your Cyclescheme application process

Can I pay for the delivery separately if I did not pay the cost when I redeemed my certificate? 

 Yes, you can.

What online retailers would I expect to pay postage?  

Most online cycle retailers charge postage, including Canyon, Planet X, and Evans. Please review each site as their postages do vary depending on the size, weight, and cost of the package.
