Can I change the retailer?

Yes, it is possible to change the retailer your request is associated with. 

In order to achieve this, please log into your  MyCyclescheme account and click on the ‘Change Store’ button. 

Changing your store will result in your eCertificate being reset from whatever store it was originally linked to. It will allow you to redeem it with any retailer within the Cyclescheme network.

Helping hand ✋

Having your eCertificate reset does not mean it will be reissued. If you use the 'Change store' function, you'll simply be able to use your already issued eCertificate in a different Cyclescheme retailer of your choosing.

Your original retailer will be emailed to confirm your eCertificate is no longer linked to their store.
