What does it mean for my Certificate to be archived?

If you are logged into your MyCyclescheme account and viewing your previous Certificate(s) you may see that your Certificate is archived. This simply means that your Certificate is completed or closed (in the case of a cancellation).

If you are seeing the archived status this simply means that our data retention and obfuscation process has started (this is where we periodically delete records on customers that have not recently got a bike or accessories through the scheme).

If your last request is archived and you wish to apply for a new bike and/or accessories package then you can simply apply. The archived status will allow you to proceed and make your new request.

If you're ready to apply and want a detailed breakdown of the application process view on answer 'How do I request a Certificate?'.
